Hey there Audrey!

Audrey Weidman here, your trauma-informed heart attack survivor coach.  Let's dive into a crucial aspect of our mental landscape: emotional habits.

Let me ask you something: Have you ever been in a truly good emotional state?  Remember it.  Feel it. Was it just a memory of the past, or is it something you can feel right now, in this very moment?

The truth is, emotions are experienced in the NOW even if we relive something from the past.

Here's the thing: We have a CHOICE in how we feel.  It may not always seem like it, especially when we're caught up in the whirlwind of our emotions, but that power is within us.

So, what's the first step in taking control?  It's simple: Recognize what we're feeling. Whether it's positive or negative emotions.  Acknowledging our emotions is the key to understanding and managing them.

But what about those less desirable emotions like anxiety or guilt? Why do we experience them?

Well, anxiety often stems from worrying about the future, imagining scenarios where we lack the resources to cope. And guilt? That’s an emotion tied to the past, a regretful reflection on actions or choices we wish we could change.

Here’s the kicker: These emotions aren’t just random occurrences. They’re deeply rooted in our habitual thinking patterns – what I like to call stinkin’ thinkin’.  Sound familiar?

Trust me, I've been there too. But the difference lies in being aware of our emotional state and having the awareness to change it.

You see, we humans have a tendency to stick to what's familiar, even if it means perpetuating our own suffering. It's easier to cling to the known, even if it holds us back, than to venture into the unknown territory of change. But that's where the magic happens.

And that’s where I come in. As a coach, I specialize in helping clients break free from those habitual thinking patterns and create new ones. Because now is the perfect time to rewrite the script of your emotions and steer your life in a new direction.

When you embrace positive thoughts, you open yourself up to a world of possibilities. You become more creative, more open, and – let’s face it – more likable. Who wouldn’t want that?

So, if you’re ready to take the first step towards transforming your emotional habits and empowering your heart, I invite you to visit EmpowerMyHeart.com and schedule a quick discovery call. Let’s see if we’re a fit to embark on this journey together.

Remember, every small step counts on the path to emotional empowerment. And with the right guidance and mindset, you can create a life filled with peace, positivity, and boundless potential.

Here's to your emotional transformation – one positive thought at a time!

Positively Yours,
