About Audrey

Audrey helps clients boost their mental resilience and positivity as an antidote to the trauma and intense stress of challenges after a heart attack. She knows first hand the consequences of uncontrolled stress. She had a heart attack despite being the healthiest person everyone knew.


Once Audrey realized her own negative self-talk and expectations created toxic stress, she trained to become the boss of her own brain. She became a Certified Stress Mastery Educator with the American Institute of Stress, a +HeartMath Facilitator, Certified Clear Beliefs Coach and is a Positive Intelligence coach. Audrey leverages neuroscience, positive psychology and underlying belief discovery to create transformation of the underlying stressors into a space where there is peace, positivity, and confidence.


Notably, after the Chicago riots in 2020, Audrey helped to train the Chicago Police Department in Q1 2021 as part of the consent decree. She shared evidence based tools to build mental resilience in the face of extreme stress.


When Audrey isn’t powerfully serving her coaching clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, being in nature, traveling, playing with her dog, and gardening.
